In the beginning of the project there was Mrs. Polin Bareh and one Chowkidar who stayed in the hostel. Mrs. Polin Bareh was incharge of the hostel for a year and Mrs. Lily Basawmoit came in as a warden from 1 st May 1987 till June 2000. From then till date it is Mrs.A. Kharkongor who is taking care of the hostel.

With time the number of inmates has increased which made the hostel to recruit more staff to hand over the responsibilities for the smooth function of the hostel. At present there are 10 staff and they are:
